The room was a decent size and newly furnished with exceptional views of the lake and surrounding mountains. Location: the hotel was really close to the cable car, the shores of Lake Lucerne and Luzern. Café Christen Beck located 1 km away was a nice surprise.

I had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Beckenried. The location on the banks of Lake Lucerne provided breathtaking views of the surrounding hills and the mesmerizing lake. The hotel is run by a wonderful family who showed great passion, professionalism, and a personal touch. They welcomed and treated all guests with care and love. In fact, since it was my birthday weekend, they upgraded us to a beautiful suite with a jacuzzi and a full window view of Lake Lucerne. The hotel also had a fantastic restaurant serving amazing Asian food. The breakfast buffet offered a variety of fresh and healthy options, sourced from local farmers. The highlight, though, was the exceptional service from the hotel staff. They made our stay truly memorable.

We went on a romantic escape and found a few good things: The view from the room was beautiful and the terrace was the perfect place for a lazy evening. The location was alright with easy access to the city centre. the breakfast buffet had a decent spread and we liked the freshly cooked omelettes.
Our stay wasn't all pleasant. The room was quite stuffy and the air conditioning was of no help.
